Policies

Weather:
On days with heat or wind chill advisories, outdoor time will be limited to potty breaks. Normal outdoor activities (walks, fetch, Frisbee, etc) will be replaced with indoor activities. This is for the health and safety of your pets and our staff.

Cancellations:
 We require a 24 hour cancellation notice for daily sits, 48 hour notice for vacation sits. Clients may be charged for the visits that are not cancelled in the appropriate time frame.

Payment:
Payment by check or cash is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Holidays:
Certain major holidays will have an additional fee above our normal rates.

Other Stuff:
Our goal is to minimize stress for your pets and therefore, we only use positive reinforcement and loving care methods. We will not use anything that can cause pain or fear for your pets. No choke, prong or shock/bark collars (invisible fence collars okay for outside only) or "dominant" training techniques.

For vacation visits, we require a minimum of 3 visits per day for dogs and 1 visit per day for cats.
